  • Born in Ukraine, Slava’s moved to the land of opportunity when he was 9 months old. Slava began his real estate investing career at the start of the Great Recession. He started with a $10K savings to buy distressed properties in 2008. Since 2013, he has developed over 100 projects. He holds a BSEE and MSEE from Boston University and a MBA from MIT Sloan and guest lectures at both schools.

  • Born in Colombia, Jaime moved to the land opportunity when he was 25 years old, and began his real estate career shortly after. He spent years in residential real estate and hospitality, where he became an executive at Starwood Hotels and Marriott International. Jaime leads our Hospitality Business and has a knack for developing strong relationships with sellers. Jaime holds a BSIE from Universidad de Los Andes and an MBA from MIT Sloan.
